It's an one-stop shop for HRs, Managers and new-hires to track their own onboarding progress and check-list. Includes, training tracking, to-do check-lists, automated custom solution for internal process improvement.

Why
One of the theme for Global hackathon - Rocket.Build was internal improvements.
Being a recent hire, I understood the need of better on-boarding tool and process to cater company specific ( customized ) needs like : hiring, on-boarding, tracking progress at multiple levels.
Tool is intended to cater : Recuites, Hiring Manager, HRs & New-Hires.
